Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
Minimum 12-15 years of experience in Oil & Gas companies.
Deep expertise in managing complex projects in the Oil & Gas sector, including engineering, procurement, and construction stages.
Prepare and monitor budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is highly desirable.
GCC experience is mandatory.
