Manpower Planning Analyst

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in workforce planning,      HR analytics or a similar role.

Partner with department heads to conduct regular workforce needs assessments, analyzing workforce requirements and projected workload.

Conduct cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the feasibility and efficiency of proposed manpower solutions.
