Employee Relations Officer

Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as employee relations officer.
Address employee concerns, complaints, and grievances in a timely and confidential manner.
Ensure that company policies and procedures are consistently applied and adhere to labor laws and regulations.
Identify training needs related to employee relations and conduct or coordinate relevant training session.
Bilingual candidates preferred.
