Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in construction or project-based industries.
Support recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure staffing requirements are met.
Maintain accurate employee records and track personnel movements across projects.
Collaborate with project managers to address HR needs and provide timely updates on demobilization plans.
Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
