  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 8- 10 years of experience in similar position.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Demonstrated involvement in mega construction and infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management and supplier negotiations.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
