- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 8- 10 years of experience in similar position.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Demonstrated involvement in mega construction and infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management and supplier negotiations.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
