Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant industry.
Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Lead, motivate, manage a team of operations staff & foster a positive work environment & provide guidance and support to team members.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and supplies.
Implement quality control measures to ensure products/services meet or exceed established standards.
Able to deal with head of departments to achieve the organizational goals.
Female Arab nationality candidates are preferred.
