Any Engineering degree.
Should have 20+ Years of relevant experience in EPC projects, Shutdown / Maintenance.
Develop and implement operational strategies, improve workflows, and optimize procedures for maximum efficiency.
Manage budgets, control costs, allocate resources (including inventory), and oversee supply chains.
Resolve operational issues, handle customer inquiries, and support senior management.
