Twelve years proven experience as legal counsel in a commercial environment
Minimum five years’ experience ideally in a leading organization with a proven track record in contract negotiation and drafting.
Develop and implement legal policies, procedures, and controls across the holding group of companies.
Any other tasks, duties & responsibilities that may be added from time to time as relevant to business requirements.
