Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in ITSM support specialist role.
Assessing the current ITSM business processes, tools, operating model and based on current business challenges to translate / review suitable ITSM solution.
Understand customer requirements, challenges, and business objectives, translate them to solution design by leveraging the features in ITSM tool.
Ensure compliance with project timeframe and collaborate with stakeholders for ITSM implementation process.
Candidates must have experience in Symphony AI tool implementation.
