Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 4-5 years experience in bakery operations management.
Develop production plans and schedules for the bakery division to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization.
Monitor production costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
Develop training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge in baking techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the bakery division.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
GCC experience is mandatory.
