- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, property management, or a related field.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the mall, ensuring all facilities are properly maintained and operational.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mall tenants, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract shoppers and increase foot traffic.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement improvements as needed.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
