Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Manpower Planning function within HR department.

Assist in forecasting manpower requirements based on business needs, project demands and attrition rates.

Providing administrative and analytical support to ensure it meets the annual objectives of the function.

Support compliance with labor laws, company policies and budget constraints in workforce planning.
