- Any Bachelor degree.
- Minimum of 6-8 years experience in loyalty program operations, customer engagement or retail management.
- To organize, schedule and execute the backend fleet system application, enroll the customers, modify customer accounts and other details.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints and technical issues related to the loyalty program.
- Prepare reports on program effectiveness, customer participation and campaign performance.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred.
