Recruitment Manager

Any Bachelor’s Degree
At least 10 years of experience in Recruitment, with at least 5 years as a Recruitment/Team Lead/ equivalent role in the hospitality or related industry
Analyze the supply and demand of the workforce, including factors such as current and projected business needs, employee turnover rates, and market trends.
Develop, implement, and manage the organization’s recruitment strategy, including defining recruitment metrics, regular reporting, and taking corrective actions to address gaps.
Lead the team of Recruiters, Onboarding officers, Recruitment Coordinators, and PRO to ensure the efficient and effective execution of the recruitment and onboarding process.
Certification such as SHRM, CIPD (preferred)
Arab nationality are preferred.
