- Hold degree in any discipline i.e. risk management/ accounting/ business administration/ organizational development.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience in a similar position with an Oil and Gas institution and/ or with minimum three years risk management or audit experience.
- Work closely with operational teams to enhance risk resilience across various business units.
- Professional certification in Risk Management, internal auditing such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) other related professional certification will be an added advantage for the position.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal leadership skills, negotiation Skills & possess good work ethics and initiative.
