Senior Controls Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related fields.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in project controls, planning, cost management and procurement for road construction   and infrastructure projects.
• Develop and implement project and cost control strategies, processes and procedures for road construction projects.
• Identify, analyze and manage project risks, including cost escalations, delays and scope changes.
• Previous experience with Ashghal projects will be an added advantage. 
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
