Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive engineering or maintenance.
Manage and plan the daily operations of the workshops this includes but not limited to service schedules, repairs, and maintenance for vehicles.
Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the production of high-quality products or services.
Conduct regular safety training sessions and ensure that all safety protocols are followed
Schedule routine inspections and coordinate with maintenance staff to address any issues promptly.
Lead and motivate the workshop team, providing guidance and support.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
