Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relevant field.
Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Proven experience in payroll management and proficiency in Oracle HRMS is mandatory.
Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile payroll transactions and resolve discrepancies.
Bilingual candidates are preferred.
