CODE OF CONDUCT

The purpose of this Code of Conduct is to serve as a guide to all of us at Brite Consultancy on how to meet the requirements of responsible business behaviour. It has been designed to help everyone of us to make the right decisions and remain true to our values and Business Principles.
The company founded with a commitment to provide services and solutions that contribute progress of our customers and people. Therefore, we apply a continued focus on responsible business behaviour.

Brite offers solutions and services that are associated with people. It is important for us to ensure that we contribute positively in development of people either directly or indirectly. Through our activities we work to avoid causing adverse impact on people. In addition, Brite enables opportunities by contributing positively to the dignity, respect and support for human rights with our practices, services, and solutions.

Brite cares for people and strongly believe in equality, diversity, and an inclusive approach. We make every effort to practice fair processes that uphold people’s wellbeing, human rights, nondiscrimination, prevent human trafficking & forced or abusive labour, prevent child labour, and prevent fraudulent practices. It can be achieved with a comprehensive approach to realizing fair practices through leadership, education, development of skills & competencies.

Working responsibly is part of our ethics. We will not deal with any company, client, supplier, or
individual who violates human rights and involved in unacceptable practices. We believe this will be our
success story in our ambition to become a leading consultant company in the region.

It is important for us to have an encouraging working environment and we have designed our working
culture based on mutual respect and free of harassment. We will not tolerate any action, conduct or behavior which is humiliating, intimidating or hostile. Treat others with respect and avoid situations
that may be perceived as inappropriate.

ENVIRONMENT

We protect the environment by positively contributing and promoting solutions and services that are environmentally friendly. We use our resources efficiently and avoid causing and contributing to adverse impacts through our activities. We will act environmentally responsible and consistent with the objective of not undertaking any projects that cause an adverse impacts on the environment.

INTEGRITY PRINCIPLES AND COMPLIANCE

Corruption and bribery
At Brite, we stand against corruption in any form and respect the rules of anti-corruption in the countries we operate. We build relationships based on trust, and we are determined to maintain and enhance our reputation. In our operations, we avoid contributing to corrupt practices and pay bribes, including facilitation payments.

Anti-money laundering
We will maintain complete transparency of our business operations, hold no secret or unrecorded funds of money or assets, never involve in money laundering of any form. Documents and records will be kept for all business transactions as specified by laws.

Confidentiality
We always act in the legitimate interest of our clients, perform professional services with integrity and faithfulness, and never disclose proprietary or confidential information relating to assignments or to the customer without the customer’s prior consent.

Conflict of interest
We avoid any conflict of interest and inform our customers beforehand of any potential conflict of interest that could emerge during the execution of assignments and projects. We also abstain from nepotism and cronyism.

Compliance
We will strive to comply with all applicable business compliance and national regulations. Compliance includes regulations governing the People, Environment, Trading of goods & services, Technology, Software, Taxes as well as international sanctions, and restrictive trade practices.

Data Privacy
Data privacy laws safeguard information about individuals and their personal data. At Brite, we respect the privacy rights of our employees, clients, suppliers, and business partners. We are committed to managing personal data in a professional, lawful, and ethical way.
Personal data is broadly defined as any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual such as name and contact details. More private information, such as race or ethnic origin, health data, sexual orientation, criminal behaviour or trade union membership is sensitive personal data and subject to more stringent requirements. We may only process personal data for legitimate purposes and the data must be accurate and relevant for the purpose for which it was collected, as well as properly protected from inappropriate access or misuse. When it is to be transferred to third parties, it must be
appropriately safeguarded. If we do not comply with these requirements, we risk causing harm to individuals, being ordered to cease the processing, and could face fines or litigation.
