Our Learning & Development Methodology

  • Participants go through a pre-test to assess their level of knowledge and understanding.
  • Training is designed, planned, & delivered keeping in mind the level and learning abilities of the participants.
  • Training is conducted in the form of interactive workshops wherein our facilitators stimulate interest, make the participants think, encourage open discussions, and share experiences which enhances the learning value.
  • Participants are encouraged to constantly think about how they will apply the knowledge to real life situations to find innovative solutions.
  • Participants are put through simulation exercises and given individual and group assignments to practice their responses and improve upon them.
  • Post training test is conducted to assess their level of understanding.
  • Participants prepare a three-month action plan to implement the key learning in the workplace in which their immediate supervisor is also involved to ensure action is taken and progress is monitored.
  • We assist in the preparation of E-Learning modules for the organization and upload into the LMS if required.

➢ We conduct assessment center to assess their leadership competencies through multiple tests.

➢ We prepare Individual Development Plans (IDPs) with a clear development roadmap and milestones.

➢ Multiple learning interventions are designed in conjunction with the organization, the individual and the line manager to develop the key competencies with clear timelines.

➢ High impact training is delivered with case studies, simulation, discussions, individual and group work to consistently improve competencies.

➢ Coaching and mentoring are an integral part of our leadership development programs to bring about lasting change.
