Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Communications / Marketing / Advertising
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Internal Communication Team Member preferably in hospitality or related industry.
Develop robust and creative content for internal communications channels (intranet, email, events, notice board) to effectively communicate the organization’s mission, values, and people news.
Design and update a content calendar to ensure that internal communications are timely, relevant, and consistent.
Include employee feedback mechanisms in internal communications to enable two-way communication and evolve the plan.
Arab nationality are preferred.
