Bachelor’s Degree/ High School Diploma
Minimum 5 years of experience as an HRBP in hospitality or related industry
Provide HR advice and guidance to Managers, Supervisors, and staff within the specific cluster/s.
Manage employee relations, including dealing with performance and conduct issues, and provide support for recruitment, retention, and workforce planning.
Manage the completion of appeals and grievances while providing feedback and recommendations to all relevant parties to improve future employee relations. Assist supervisors with complex employee issues such as performance, attendance, and employee relations to maintain a positive work environment.
Familiarity with HRMS & Qatar Labour Law.
Arab nationality are preferred.
