Bachelor’s Degree/ High School Diploma
Minimum 3 years of experience as a trainer in hospitality or related industry.
Develop the content of training programs to ensure they effectively meet the training needs of individuals and enable the respective
divisions to achieve their objectives.
Evaluate the training materials periodically to ensure their relevance and applicability and make the required updates
Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure the training content is aligned with organizational goals.
Knowledge of MS Office & Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Arab nationality are preferred.
