Bachelor’s degree in IT or IT related field
Minimum 8 years’ experience in analyzing functional software applications and IT project management.
Create, Manage and control all department templates such as procurement tender processing & SOW, improve all IT dept. templates to the professional level
Manage CRM and Call center systems as applications owner.
Computer proficiency in programs such as SharePoint and the Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with IT standards such as SSAE SOC2, ISO 27001, PCI, HIPAA/HITECH, NIST, CSA/CCM
Bilingual candidates are preferred.
