- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Business Administration, MBA is preferred
- Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in sales/ key account management with exposure to gas/ lubricant products.
- Supervise and guide the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor and manage the sales budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of gas and lubricant products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales management tools.
