Graduate Engineering or diploma in Electronics / Telecom /IT/ computer science or equivalent.
Minimum of 5-6 years’ experience in relevant field.
Take comprehensive ownership and act as a single point of contact for Service & Maintenance activities for customer and internal supporting departments.
Provide support for project implementation and billing, maintaining of customer maintenance database, installation activity.
Installation, testing & commissioning of Critical Server and Storage, Virtualization, Cloud computing,data Communication Networking & Cyber Security.
Able to perform in high-pressure situation and meet stringent timelines.
