Manpower Planning Analyst

Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in similar field.
Responsible to maintain positions and organizational structure records within HRIS, review the organizational structure changes and prepare summary impact of these changes.
Support business units with the annual manpower budget preparation and provide manpower utilization efficiency reports and analytics.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in workforce planning.
Bilingual candidates preferred.
