Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as employee relations officer.
Maintain and update employee relations databases, ensuring that information is accurate and up to date.
Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking to report concerns or grievances, directing them to the appropriate channels.
Assist in implementing programs and activities that promote a positive workplace culture.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software.
Bilingual candidates preferred.
