Call Centre Supervisor

High School diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field is a plus.
Three years of experience in a call centre environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
Monitor calls for quality assurance, providing feedback to agents and implementing corrective actions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proven ability to manage a team and meet performance targets.
