- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
- Should have at least 8 years of solid experience in the healthcare industry (mainly hospitals).
- Source and attract qualified candidates for healthcare roles including physicians, nurses, administrative staff and allied health professionals.
- Use multiple recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, healthcare associations and referrals.
- SHRM certification will be an added advantage.
- Bilingual candidates preferred.
