Recruitment Specialist- Health care

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
  • Should have at least 8 years of solid experience in the healthcare industry (mainly hospitals).
  • Source and attract qualified candidates for healthcare roles including physicians, nurses, administrative staff and allied health professionals.
  • Use multiple recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, healthcare associations and referrals.
  • SHRM certification will be an added advantage.
  • Bilingual candidates preferred.
