- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates and communicate the calendar with the concerned interview panel and candidate.
- Liaise with candidates from offer roll out till on-boarding including all documentations related to candidates.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws and hiring regulations.
