- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in human resources function with focus on training and development programs.
- Ensure all training needs are met and employees are provided with necessary training to improve their skills and performance.
- Ensure that training programs comply with regulatory requirements and organizational policies and maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes.
- Proficiency in learning management systems and training technology tools.
- Experience in Energy sector / Oil & gas is mandatory.
- Fluent English and Arabic communication skills.
