- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Business Administration.
- Minimum of 10-15 years’ experience in managing loyalty programs and corporate sales.
- Enhance the customer journey by personalizing loyalty offerings based on purchasing behavior.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors, banks and digital payment providers to enhance program offerings.
- Conduct regular analysis of customer spending patterns and loyalty behaviors.
- Oversee the design, implementation and performance of loyalty programs across fuel stations and retail outlets.
