- Bachelor’s in Sales & Marketing with Property Management Background.
- Minimum of 3-4 years in a similar profile across a Retail Industry in Property Operations Coordination.
- Assist in the management of daily retail property operations, ensuring a clean, safe and well-maintained environment.
- Support lease administration, including renewals, rent payments and contract compliance.
- Ability to handle multiple properties and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred.
