Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 16 years of experience, with the facilities management industry experience is mandatory.
Strong report-writing skills, with proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, CAFM systems).
Proficient in the use of CAFM, Helpdesk management systems and PPM planning.
Strong understanding of KPIs, service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics in a client-facing environment.
Bilingual candidates are preferred.
