- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of Recruitment experience in similar role.
- Identify and source potential candidates using job portals, social media, professional networks and referrals.
- Communicate effectively with candidates to provide the information about roles, company culture and hiring process.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong experience in recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Zoho recruit, ATS, etc.).
