Service Management Lead

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering/Science, Electronics Engineering or any other appropriately relevant field.

Minimum twelve years of progressive experience in a directly related field.

Eight years of professional experience in IT service management & service operations in an enterprise level environment.

Excellent knowledge and understanding in writing service management policies, processes, KPIs, procedures roles / responsibilities definitions & operational manuals.

Certifications in industry relative standards, frameworks and schools of practice such as ISO/IEC 20000, ITIL v3 Expert, ITIL v4, CMMI, etc.
