Contract Coordinator

Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Law or related field

Minimum 3–4 years of experience in contract administration or a similar role.

Coordinate with internal departments (legal, procurement, finance, operations) to ensure contracts meet business needs.

Ensure that all contract terms and conditions are understood and followed by relevant stakeholders.

Prepare regular reports and dashboards on contract status, expirations and compliance issues.

Facilitate the contract approval and signature process.
