Admin Assistant

Diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 3-5 years of secretarial experience in a large organization preferably in internal audit/ risk services/ compliance/ legal functions.

To support the Department Manager by providing clerical & administrative support and to provide coordination of the Internal Audit Department. 

Manage document control processes, ensuring version control and adherence to retention policies.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
