- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Human Resources, or any other related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources discipline.
- Leads and guides the Employee Relations Team in their day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with HR Manager & propose and suggest employee relations strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Oversee employees’ data & records and ensure their confidentiality.
- Previous experience in Oil & Gas industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in English / Arabic will be added advantage.
