Fleet Maintenance Planning Manager

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Logistics, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years in maintenance planning, including 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in public transportation or large-scale fleet operations.
  • Collaborate with Inventory, Warehouse, operations, and Procurement teams to optimize spare parts ordering, ensuring optimal stock levels by considering lead times, usage patterns, and cost efficiency to prevent overstocking or shortages.
  • Experience with fleet management software and CMMS/EAM systems is mandatory.
  • Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP), Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent preferred.
