- Graduate degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum three years in civil engineering, project estimation, and proposal preparation.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for tenders, including scope definitions, project timelines, and cost breakdown.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, project management and cost estimation.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project and estimation software.
- Proficiency in reading and writing Arabic
