- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any other faculty.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in retail operations with at least 2 years in the oil & gas sector.
- Oversee daily operations of multiple fuel stations and retail convenience stores.
- Lead and support station managers and retail staff across multiple locations.
- Strong knowledge of fuel station operations, retail sales and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail management systems.
