Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on HR or other advanced HR qualifications may be advantageous.
Minimum of Five Years’ experience as a supervisor and managing HR operations, particularly in recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and benefits administration.
Proven experience with HRIS systems (e.g., MS Dynamics) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong knowledge of Qatar labor laws and familiarity with HR compliance regulations in the Qatar.
Certifications such as SHRM-CP, CHRP, or Assoc CIPD would be a strong advantage.
