- Diploma Certificate in Automobile Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 3-4 years in a similar profile across an Automobile Industry
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and service technicians, ensuring clear communication of service needs and updates
- Ensure timely completion of services by coordinating workflow within the service center.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair processes and service management.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred.
