Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relevant position.
Sound understanding of human capital business processes, analytical skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Work with external internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Provide support to end-users during program implementation.
Experience in working with government organizations in Qatar is a plus.
Proficient in English and Arabic (written and verbal).
