Engineering degree with minimum 8 to 12 years’ experience in construction of oil & gas & petrochemicals or other industry facilities.
Elaborates the construction and sub-contracting strategy based on scope of work, contract obligations, Company policy and in line with project requirements.
Develops and implements pre commissioning procedures, manuals as per project specifications.
Organizes and oversees pre commissioning and commissioning team activities and ensures they are compliant with contract specifications.
