Contract Specialist- Procurement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar field.
  • Assist the senior contracts specialist in preparing tender documents, arranging site visits and issuing bulletins during     the tendering stage. 
  • Expedites suppliers and end users to ensure prompt receipt of information in a timely manner and in line with procurement procedures.
  • Ensures that all procurement activities are consistent with approved tenders and contract procedural requirements.
  • Excellent computer skills especially in MS Office and SAP.
