Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Contracts Management, Cost Control and Planning.
Coordinate & follow up with the Technical Department, Procurement Department and Legal Department to finalize contracts.
Prepare BOQs schedules; review MEP BOQ & compile all documents for tendering.
Request & review outsourced quotations from other consultants & contractors.
Any other duties/responsibilities as assigned time to time based on business requirements.
Certified MMUP/UPDA Grade A is a plus.
