- Graduates with good communication
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience within insurance, preferably Motor insurance.
- Promptly Attending to members and Vendors queries in person/mails/over the calls and resolving them in professional and timely manner
- Demonstrating immediate service recovery actions in case of any complaints or dissatisfaction.
- Review & manage customer accounts and transactions, resolve issues, process payments, and assist with the claim registration process.
- Communication skills and Interpersonal skills.
